Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with organizational goals and legal requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training development
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
