NSK Grocer is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to oversee human capital operations for our fast-paced retail supermarket environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our workforce success, ensuring that our HR initiatives align with our business goals to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry, a passion for people development, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume operational setting.
You will lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and training to performance management and industrial relations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day HR excellence, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and retail standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with NSK Grocer’s retail business objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for store-level and corporate support positions.
- Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Malaysian Employment Act.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a customer-centric company culture.
- Design and implement training programs to improve retail operational excellence and customer service standards.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, labor costs, and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the retail, supermarket, or FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
- Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel between store locations within the Kuala Lumpur region as required.
