Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and hospitality excellence.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top hospitality professionals across various operational roles.
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and industry-specific labour requirements.
- Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Oversee industrial relations matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or service industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent development, and organisational change.
- Professional HR certification (IHRP-CP/SP, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
