- Train HR staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices
- Coordinate with IT vendors for system troubleshooting and support

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in HRIS management
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM)
- Strong project management skills with system implementation experience
- Advanced knowledge of HR data analytics and reporting tools
- Certification in HR technology or HRIS preferred
- Experience with HR integrations and API management
