We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager specializing in Industrial Relations to lead our human resources operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while fostering a high-performance, engaging workplace culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing complex labor relations and driving initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), adept at navigating negotiations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation. You will be responsible for developing robust HR frameworks that align with business objectives, managing workforce planning, and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Manage Industrial Relations (IR) activities, including negotiations with labor unions, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU 13/2003).
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage talent development programs.
  • Partner with management to address organizational issues, foster a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate C&B administration and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on Industrial Relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local HR software).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
