Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company standards
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract qualified Mandarin-speaking talent
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
