EPS Malaysia is seeking a dynamic HR Manager - Manufacturing to lead our HR operations in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic HR initiatives, ensuring a robust and compliant workforce that supports our manufacturing excellence.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and implementing best practices within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end HR functions for the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives to support production targets.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPI setting and appraisals for production staff and management.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities.
- Administer compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for the semiconductor industry.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and workplace safety standards.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
