- Design and execute organizational development strategies to enhance performance and culture
- Lead change management initiatives during company transformations and restructuring
- Develop talent management programs including succession planning and leadership pipelines
- Conduct organizational assessments and implement data-driven HR solutions
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and drive cultural alignment
- Oversee training and development programs to build organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic workforce planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in organizational development
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies and HR analytics
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Certification in OD (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CDP) or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
