- Design and execute organizational development strategies to support business growth and transformation
- Lead change management initiatives including restructuring, mergers, and cultural shifts
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
- Develop leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Analyze workforce trends and implement talent management solutions
- Partner with department heads to align OD initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of HR experience with minimum 3 years in organizational development
- Proven track record in leading change management and transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in organizational diagnostics and needs assessment
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
