- Lead and facilitate organizational development projects, including culture transformation and structure optimization.

- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change management initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
