Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record in leading organizational change management initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
