Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized creator-facing roles
- Design and execute performance management systems for remote teams
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Oversee onboarding experiences for new hires across multiple locations
- Conduct data-driven HR analytics to inform talent decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in remote team management and virtual engagement
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Background in creative industries or creator economy platforms preferred
