Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and operational roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management systems, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Design and execute talent development programs including leadership training and succession planning
- Monitor HR metrics, prepare workforce analytics, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Coordinate with external agencies for statutory compliance, audits, and industrial relations matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and industrial relations practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within manufacturing/industrial sectors
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS implementation and workforce analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
