Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s growth and operational objectives in a semiconductor/manufacturing environment.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical and engineering talent.
- Manage employee relations, grievance procedures, and ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Drive performance management systems, including KPI setting, appraisals, and career development planning.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill the workforce and maintain high productivity standards.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the manufacturing, semiconductor, or precision engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale blue-collar and white-collar workforce dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
