- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with SGH's healthcare mission
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team through performance management and professional development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding of specialized healthcare professionals
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Build strategic partnerships with medical institutions and industry stakeholders for talent pipeline development
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and SGH's HR policies throughout recruitment processes
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position SGH as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in managerial leadership
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies for healthcare or large-scale organizations
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
- CHRP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable
- Deep understanding of Singapore's healthcare industry and labor landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
