We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to lead our operations in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources and General Services functions for our large-scale, site-based nickel mining operation. You will act as a strategic partner to site leadership, ensuring workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations within the mining or heavy industrial sector. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and talent retention to labor relations and compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high morale, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring that the site remains fully operational with a capable and engaged workforce.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, C&B, and employee relations on-site.
  • Oversee General Services operations to support the mining workforce (e.g., accommodation, catering, security, and logistics).
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company policies regarding safety and employment.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet operational production targets.
  • Lead OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) initiatives and promote a culture of safety across the site.
  • Manage performance management systems and training & development programs for site staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for labor unions and government labor authorities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with specific experience in the Mining or Mining Services industry.
  • Proven experience managing HR functions for large-scale, remote, or site-based operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, remote location environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
