Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and health insurance.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through various programs and activities.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Handle HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee HR administration and maintain accurate HR records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Managerial capacity.
  • Solid understanding of Singaporean employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.
