As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and acquiring top talent from around the world while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will design and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and systems that support our growing international footprint. Additionally, you will leverage AI technology to automate and optimize HR operations, from recruitment marketing to employee onboarding and performance management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead global talent acquisition initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Design and implement scalable HR operational frameworks, including policies, procedures, and systems that support business expansion.
  • Pioneer the integration of AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate assessment, and HR analytics.
  • Develop and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in competitive markets, leveraging social media, career sites, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles that align with strategic goals.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different jurisdictions, mitigating risks and maintaining best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision making and workforce planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in managing international recruitment and building HR frameworks for multi-location organizations.
  • Experience with AI-driven HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore and other key markets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of executing initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, IHRP) is a plus.
