Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement competitive wage, salary, and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff performance and service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations and internal company policies.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management process, from goal setting to annual appraisals.
- Provide expert guidance to department heads regarding labor laws, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security, and health benefits administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent management strategies.
