Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company reputation as an employer of choice
- Manage recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, job boards, and career sites
- Create engaging content (videos, blogs, graphics) to attract and nurture talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment solutions
- Optimize job postings and career pages for maximum visibility and conversion
- Analyze recruitment metrics and campaign performance to continuously improve strategies
- Organize recruitment events and employer branding initiatives in the Pampanga region
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
- Proven track record of developing successful recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies
- Strong proficiency in social media management, SEO basics, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative flair
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from recruitment metrics
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking platforms
