In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational HR success, working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and COEs to implement human resources policies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing accurate information regarding company policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally with the IT, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure alignment on HR-related systems, payroll processing, and compliance standards.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring 100% data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and help foster a positive organizational culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with various levels of management.
  • High proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
