We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team in Morong, Bataan. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building a strong workplace culture.

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and records management. You will act as a key liaison between management and staff, ensuring compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and maintaining accurate documentation for all HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative HR functions, including attendance tracking, payroll support, and the implementation of HR policies. You will play a vital role in handling employee concerns professionally and promptly, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Administer employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to DOLE regulations and maintain compliance documentation, including reports and permits.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and performance issues, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain the HRIS and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Support the design and coordination of training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Officer, Coordinator, or similar HR generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
