We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer to join our team in Selangor. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient HR operations. As a key member of our human resources department, you'll drive recruitment initiatives, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and fluency in Chinese to effectively engage with our diverse workforce. You'll collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes. Additionally, you'll maintain compliance with Malaysian labor regulations while supporting employee development programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration
- Assist in performance management processes including reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Fluently communicate in Chinese to support Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles with recruitment focus
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
