Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance management initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR concerns.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and documentation for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
