  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, document processing, and new hire paperwork.
  • Plan and execute employee orientation and onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting positive workplace relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR administrative functions, including scheduling interviews, managing correspondence, and organizing HR events.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or general HR operations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
