The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing payroll functions to ensure our employees are supported and compensated accurately. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data privacy standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage employee attendance records, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR matters.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, company events, and training programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software and local statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
