As our HR Officer, you'll be instrumental in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You'll work closely with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring our talent acquisition strategies attract top professionals while maintaining a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance to support our continued success in the competitive Metro Manila market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Administer employee relations programs including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Oversee employee records management, data privacy compliance, and HR documentation systems
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, leave management, and payroll support functions
  • Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and procedural guidelines
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of solid HR experience with proven recruitment and employee relations expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance standards
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., PHRi, CPHR) is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment in sensitive matters
