Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding
- Execute comprehensive training administration and documentation processes
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure proper filing of employee records
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
