Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation adheres to company policies and labor laws.
  • Facilitate employee relations initiatives, including performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, and timekeeping systems to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational productivity.
  • Assist in the implementation of local HR policies and ensure compliance with DOLE regulations.
  • Support management in conducting engagement activities and improving overall employee morale.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Officer capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
