Tanggung Jawab
- Create and enforce a comprehensive handbook of company policies, rules, and regulations, along with the code of conduct.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives and employee retention.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the Visayas region.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
