Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Administer employee relations programs, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee compensation
- Monitor employee attendance and implement policies to maintain optimal workforce productivity
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues diplomatically
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
