Join Trust Recruit as an HR Officer and become a key player in our talent acquisition strategy! We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment process across Changi and the broader East Region. In this full-time role, you'll drive our hiring success by crafting compelling job advertisements, establishing strategic partnerships with employment agencies, conducting thorough candidate screenings, and coordinating seamless interview experiences. Your expertise will ensure we attract top-tier talent aligned with our organizational values and growth objectives. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of $3,000-$4,000 plus opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced HR environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies and recruitment partners
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean employment regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
