Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Employee relations support, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation management
- Performance management system implementation and goal tracking
- HR policy development and compliance with DOLE regulations
- Training program design and execution for skill development
- HRIS maintenance and record-keeping for audit readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR generalist experience in Philippine setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
