Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee relations programs addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and documentation
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases while ensuring data security
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting and evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and SSS/PhilHealth compliance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Experience in retail or manufacturing HR operations preferred
