Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of construction industry candidates
  • Oversee employee relations through conflict resolution, performance support, and policy implementation
  • Coordinate administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and office supply inventory
  • Support HR operations by maintaining personnel records, processing payroll documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Assist in organizational development through training coordination, event planning, and team-building initiatives
  • Handle operational support including project documentation, reporting, and interdepartmental communication
  • Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and workplace safety protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of combined HR and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
