Join Trust Recruit as an HR Officer specializing in Singapore's dynamic building and construction sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and operational roles in construction projects
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore's labor laws and industry standards
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution within construction teams
- Coordinate onboarding, training programs, and performance management systems
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation for regulatory audits
- Collaborate with project managers to address workforce planning and talent retention
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processing for field and office staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in building/construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in Singaporean employment legislation and Work Pass regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse workforce profiles
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) advantageous
- Proven problem-solving abilities in high-pressure project environments
- Fluent in English with additional dialects beneficial for site communications
