Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the Sky Garden team.
- Support payroll administration and attendance tracking for casual and permanent staff members.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Organize and facilitate internal training programs and team-building activities.
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
