Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and social security regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
