Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment management for construction roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singaporean labor laws and industry standards
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Analyze HR metrics to inform workforce planning and retention strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to support staffing needs and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in construction/manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean Employment Act and labor regulations
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
