Join Frencken Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd as a Contract HR Officer and contribute to a dynamic team in the engineering and manufacturing sector. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a wide range of human resource functions. In this position, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring that our employees receive excellent support and that our processes run smoothly. You will assist in various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update accurate HR records and employee databases within the HRIS system.
- Assist with payroll processing and general payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate staff welfare programs and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general HR advice and support to staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and labor regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
