You will assist in various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records and employee databases within the HRIS system.
  • Assist with payroll processing and general payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate staff welfare programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general HR advice and support to staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
