Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee relations activities and staff inquiries.
- Support the HR team in drafting and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, ensuring timely and sensitive resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and company regulations.
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR information systems with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or Employee Relations role is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and HR management systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the contract period.
