Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee relations activities and staff inquiries.
  • Support the HR team in drafting and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, ensuring timely and sensitive resolutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and company regulations.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain HR information systems with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize employee engagement initiatives and events.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative or Employee Relations role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and HR management systems.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to commit to the duration of the contract period.
