Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver end-to-end HR services to 1-2 assigned departments, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention
  • Support organizational capability building through training programs, development plans, and succession planning
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate employee communication channels and resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
