Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for various academic and administrative positions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other statutory requirements.
- Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives for employees.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in the education or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code of the Philippines) and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, problem-solver with a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
