We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Onboarding) to join the PERSOL team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to support comprehensive Onboarding, Offboarding, and Onsite-related activities, contributing to a positive employee experience from day one.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for fostering a supportive work environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, preparing documentation, and facilitating orientation sessions. Additionally, you will play a key role in offboarding processes, including exit interviews and asset management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation and preparing welcome kits.
- Coordinate with IT and security departments to ensure timely access to systems and facilities for new employees.
- Prepare and review all necessary HR documentation, including employment contracts and tax forms.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate introductions to the team and company culture.
- Support offboarding activities, including processing exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, and managing asset returns.
- Organize and facilitate onsite employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and onboarding metrics in the HR system.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures related to staff onboarding and offboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or a generalist HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
