Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a timely and high-quality hiring pipeline.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain an organized talent database and applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and process transparency.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate or BPO/Tech setting.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
