Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements and job specifications
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
