Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement performance management systems with clear KPIs and evaluation frameworks
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction
- Conduct workforce analysis and talent gap assessments to inform strategic HR planning
- Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Manage HR data analytics to track talent metrics and inform decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with talent/performance focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred
- Experience implementing performance improvement programs
