Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in training and development or HR operations
- Strong proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) and training software
- Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable development plans
- Project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives
