Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee timekeeping systems and attendance records
- Administer compensation packages, benefits enrollment, and leave entitlements
- Handle labor relations matters including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate recruitment processes from screening to onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Facilitate employee training and development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years HR experience with focus on timekeeping and C&B
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and due process procedures
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Keen attention to detail and confidentiality
