H-Ostel Kuta Bali is seeking a meticulous HR Operations Admin to streamline our human resources functions. In this vital role, you'll manage core HR operations including employee data administration, attendance tracking, BPJS (social security) compliance, and HR reporting. You'll ensure accurate record-keeping while supporting our team's administrative needs. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with exceptional organizational skills to maintain efficient HR workflows in a dynamic hospitality environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files
- Oversee daily attendance tracking and leave management systems
- Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processing and compliance documentation
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports for management and regulatory purposes
- Coordinate HR documentation including contracts, permits, and onboarding materials
- Support payroll processing through accurate data verification
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedural improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR administration preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems or similar software
