Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation maintenance
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursements each month
- Coordinate purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and inventory management
- Support daily operations by overseeing office logistics, facilities, and administrative tasks
- Assist recruitment efforts through job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement HR administrative systems for improved efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or operations coordination
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
